Fallsburg Boys' Varsity Soccer Honors Six Seniors in Heartfelt Senior Night Celebration

The Fallsburg Central School District celebrated six members of its Boys' Varsity Soccer team on Friday, October 16, during a special Senior Night ceremony ahead of their game against Liberty.

The evening was filled with Comet pride as the seniors took the field alongside their friends and families, celebrating their dedication, accomplishments, and contributions to the Fallsburg soccer program.

This year's celebration recognized six members of the Class of 2027:

• Michael Avelar Martínez
• Bryan Avelar Martínez
• Oscar Carranza
• Inmer Santos Morales
• Rodrigo Zacapexpan Reyes
• Isaac Rubio

Under the leadership of Head Coach Jason Rivas, each senior was recognized with heartfelt speeches from coaches and handmade posters created by their teammates, adding a personal touch to the celebration.

The thoughtful gestures highlighted the friendships, teamwork, and lasting connections these student-athletes have developed throughout their time representing Fallsburg.

While Senior Night marks the approaching end of their high school soccer careers, it also serves as an opportunity to reflect on the countless hours of practice, exciting games, personal growth, and memories made along the way.

The district extends its appreciation to Head Coach Rivas, the coaching staff, teammates, friends, and families whose encouragement and support have helped make these student-athletes' experiences so meaningful.

As the six seniors prepare for their next chapter, the Fallsburg community wishes them continued success in all their future endeavors.

Congratulations to Michael, Bryan, Oscar, Inmer, Rodrigo, and Isaac! Thank you for your dedication, hard work, and Comet pride. Once a Comet, always a Comet!
